We urgently need a Scrum Master profile with at least 4 years of experience in this role and within the IT sector, to join our team facing significant challenges, offering career progression and professional growth. More than 4 years of experience EDUCATION: Computer Science, Engineering, or related field LANGUAGES: Advanced English (mandatory) Agile Delivery Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective). Support continuous backlog refinement and ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and ready for development. Track team progress against sprint goals and maintain transparency regarding delivery status. Remove obstacles and help the team focus on delivering value to the customer.
