Our 28\.000 digital athletes are proud to have been certified **Top Employer Europe 2024\.** **Job Description** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage Salesforce implementation and customization projects across different Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Education Cloud, …). * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. * Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets. * Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce\-related matters, managing change requests, incident resolution, and technical issues. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, consultants, and end users) to ensure alignment with business objectives. * Prepare periodic reports on project progress, key metrics, and risk analysis. * Manage financial aspects and associated reporting for initiatives under your responsibility. * Oversee data migration and integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. * Manage end\-user training and adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to new solutions. * Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and design standards. **Qualifications** **Technical Requirements:** * Prior experience managing Salesforce projects (minimum 4 years), ideally across more than one Salesforce Cloud. * Advanced knowledge of standard and customized Salesforce functionalities. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools such as Jira or similar. * Ability to manage complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems. * Certifications are highly valued, including any of the following: + *Salesforce Administrator*, *Salesforce Developer*, or cloud\-specific specializations such as *Sales Cloud Consultant* or *Service Cloud Consultant*. + Project management certifications (*PMP*, *ITIL*, *PRINCE*, *Scrum Master*). **Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, primarily in Catalan, along with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. * Effective leadership to motivate multidisciplinary teams toward common goals. * Analytical capability to identify risks, resolve problems, and make informed decisions. * Adaptability to changes in project scope or priorities. * Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** ‍ Company\-sponsored training program to support your continued development and promotion within your personalized career plan. ✍ Permanent contract and job stability.
