If you’re interested in architecture, design, hospitality, or guest experience, we invite you to grow with **Utopia.** **About the role** We’re looking for a **Supply Chain Specialist (FF\&E)** to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects in Barcelona. This role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on\-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery. **Key responsibilities*** Oversee FF\&E production and conduct quality control at factory level * Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking * Coordinate deliveries, including complex last\-mile logistics (remote or hard\-to\-access locations) * Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning * Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes * Work closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness * Coordinate and supervise installation teams on\-site **What we’re looking for*** 5\+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF\&E * Background in hospitality or high\-end residential projects * Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics * Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes * Ability to manage complex or remote project environments * Intermediate English and higher! **What we offer*** Opportunity to work on unique, high\-end hospitality projects * Exposure to the full project lifecycle — from production and logistics to on\-site installation * Competitive compensation aligned with experience * Collaboration with an international, multidisciplinary team (design, construction, procurement) * High level of ownership and autonomy in a fast\-growing global company By submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy.
