We are looking for a **Research and Systems Intern – Data Analytics** to join our Transformation \& Operational Excellence team and support key initiatives related to digital transformation, data analysis, automation, and global process optimization. Our goal is to develop young talent with a genuine interest in data analytics and process optimization, offering hands on experience in an international and dynamic environment. Under the supervision of your assigned tutor and the team, the **Research and Systems Intern – Data Analytics** will receive ongoing training and actively participate in developing analytical tools, automation solutions, and performance reporting to help improve operational efficiency in the following areas: **Operational and Port Data Analysis:** * Receive training on how operational and port related data is collected, prepared, and organized for analysis. * Learn how analysts extract meaningful insights from datasets to support operational efficiency. **Market Research \& Competitive Analysis** * Be trained in basic market research techniques and how to gather information on industry trends and competitors. * Learn how this information is used internally to support strategic decision making. **Performance Reporting \& Dashboard Preparation** * Learn how performance reports and KPI dashboards are created and maintained using tools such as Excel or Power BI. * Receive training on how data is visualized and presented in a clear and business oriented format. **Data Quality \& Preparation Activities** * Be trained in data quality checks, validation steps, and preparation processes to ensure reliable datasets. * Learn how data is structured and prepared before being used in analytical or automation initiatives. **Ad hoc Reporting \& Visualizations** * Learn how tailored reports or visualizations are prepared to support specific requests or projects. * Receive training on the internal standards used to format information for different stakeholders. **We offer:** * The schedule will be adapted to the needs of the selected candidate based on their academic commitments. * Ticket Restaurant for full\-time internships. * Afternoon off on your birthday. * Continuous training in our Corporate University (Learning Platform). * Being part of a dynamic team and gaining exposure to projects with global impact. * Ability to formalize an internship agreement. ***At Noatum, we ensure equality and non\-discrimination on the basis of sex, race, religion, disability, age, and sexual orientation in our recruitment processes.
