Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to handle project drafting, construction management, and permit processing for photovoltaic installations within our solar farms department. We are looking for a new colleague to fill the position of Project Manager, responsible for drafting projects, managing construction works, and processing photovoltaic installation permits in our solar farms department. We offer immediate incorporation, an indefinite-term contract, part-time hours in winter and intensive hours in summer, continuous training, and career progression opportunities within the company. \- Responsibilities: Technical site visit for data collection and system design; Project drafting and preparation: \- Drafting the technical project and drawings required to apply for permits and legalize the photovoltaic installation. \- Preparation of “as-built” drawings to support the installation team. Construction management: \- Ongoing client communication regarding construction-related matters. \- Organization and preparation of installation activities: • Breakdown of resources and materials to be used • Crane rental, transportation, or lifting systems • Design and quotation of the solar mounting structure to be employed. \- Cost control across various budget items. \- Site layout and marking at the start of construction. \- On-site construction management during the installation phase, supporting the installation team. \- Commissioning of installations. \- Monitoring of proper operation of installations and post-sales client support. Permit processing: Supporting the legalization department by preparing documentation and tracking the status of each application: CIE, CFO, Grid Connection Point with the distribution company, AAP, RITSIC, RAC, etc. * Industrial Engineering (specialization in electricity) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Engineer in Industrial Engineering. \- Additional training in occupational risk prevention, specifically in electricity, is valued. \- Proficiency in office software: Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat, AutoCAD (mandatory). \- Competencies: teamwork, leadership, responsibility, self-management of tasks. \- Other requirements: valid EU driving license category B is mandatory. \- A disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is considered an asset. * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time working hours
