Coordination of technical, functional, and business stakeholders Winning Consulting is currently recruiting a **Project Manager with experience in data projects** to join a strategic data transformation initiative for a major client in Madrid. **Hybrid working model.** **Responsibilities** * Planning, coordination, and end-to-end oversight of the program and associated projects. * Management of risks, dependencies, scope changes, deviations, and action plans. * Tracking of milestones, KPIs, and preparation of executive reporting for steering committees. * Coordination with internal teams including Architecture, Engineering, Data Office, and business areas. * Ensuring proper prioritization, coordination, and alignment across all program initiatives. * Coordination of deliverables, tracking documentation, and preparation of executive materials. * Management of communication among technical, functional, and business stakeholders. **Requirements** * \+ 6 years of project management experience related to data, BI, data governance, and data quality. * Proficiency in hybrid methodologies and project tracking tools. * Advanced level of English. * Experience managing projects in Data/BI environments, with functional knowledge of DWH, Lakehouse, cloud, KPIs, reporting, and data governance—non-technical profile preferred.
