The candidate will join a Public Administration project to assume the role of Project Manager. Key responsibilities: * Ensure proper execution of projects and services, adherence to deadlines, and quality standards. * Reporting and communication * Coordination and assignment of tasks and projects. * Risk, resource, and change management. * Knowledge transfer and management * Preparation of progress and steering reports. * Promotion of continuous improvement and internal training. * Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and IMI standards. **Requirements** What are we looking for? * Education: University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) * Certification: All candidates must hold a valid PMP certification. * Experience: Minimum of 8 years within the last 10 years in strategic planning and in managing, controlling, and monitoring project portfolios. * Languages: Catalan language proficiency at C1 level or equivalent. Responsibilities: Coordination of project managers and day-to-day service management; reporting to the PMO; project assignment; knowledge transfer; promotion of continuous improvement and training.
