Participation in innovative and high-impact projects ### **Description** Izertis is looking, on behalf of one of our clients, for a Project Manager for an important project in the banking sector. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Lead and manage technical projects for the banking sector. * Work in an agile (Scrum) environment, closely collaborating with other developers and QA, and maintaining frequent contact with business stakeholders. * Technologies and frameworks you will use **What are we looking for in you?** * Senior profile with proven experience in project management and leadership. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills and a quality-oriented mindset toward software development. * Prior experience in agile environments (Scrum). * Residency in Spain (due to contractual requirements). **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract * Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote (offices located in the Bernabéu area, Madrid) * Flexible working hours * Challenging and collaborative technical environment * Participation in innovative and high-impact projects WHO ARE WE?
