As a Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met—and, above all, that expectations are exceeded. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Lead and manage technological and industrial projects from conception through delivery. Our specialty is the industrial refrigeration environment. * Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs. * Develop and manage the project plan, including schedules, resources, and budgets. * Coordinate and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation plans. * Monitor project progress and communicate status clearly and concisely to stakeholders. * Manage communication with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. * Ensure the quality of project deliverables. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project management processes. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Project Manager, ideally in technological and/or industrial environments. Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration services sector is desirable. * Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
