Day-to-day responsibilities include: * Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity-focused projects. * Coordinate tasks among various internal and external teams. * Define and control scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies. * Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and business areas. * Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical profiles. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, objectives, and project quality. * Identify deviations and propose corrective action plans. * Report project status clearly and in a structured manner. * Drive project management best practices and continuous improvement. Requirements **What do we need?** * 2–3 years’ experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead. * Ability to lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and internal dependencies. * Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, and quality. * Ability to coordinate and communicate with technical and non-technical teams. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills. * Advanced English (at least B2). We positively value if you bring... * Knowledge or experience in cybersecurity projects. * Prior experience in IT, technology, infrastructure, or technical environments. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrids). * Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or similar. * Ability to manage external vendors and technology partners.
