We take pride in collaborating with leading companies to address climate change. **Join our team to be part of this change!** We are currently seeking a **Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer** with experience in projects within the **Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or Energy** sectors, assuming a key role in **interdisciplinary technical coordination**, **interface management**, and direct support to Project Management across all project phases. **Location:** Madrid **Work Model:** Hybrid model **Responsibilities:** Coordinate interdisciplinary project activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. Promote and coordinate resolution of technical issues, proposing solutions to the Project Management team. Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and/or licensors (e.g., HAZOP, P&ID reviews, 3D model reviews), coordinating closure of resulting action items. Coordinate issuance of discipline-specific documentation (specifications, drawings, requisitions, etc.) required to fulfill the defined project scope. Review requisitions for bid requests and purchase orders, as well as technical tabulations and technical recommendations for equipment and material procurement. Perform end-to-end procurement tracking until site delivery. Identify project changes for proper control, tracking, and potential management as change orders. Provide technical support during construction phase when required, ensuring correct engineering–construction integration. **Requirements:** University degree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s), any specialization. Specialization in Oil & Gas and Energy is particularly valued. Over 12 years of experience in projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, or Energy sectors. Advanced English proficiency oriented toward negotiation and international professional environments. Willingness to undertake international assignments. Strong interdisciplinary coordination capability. Experience in direct client communication.
