The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring success from planning through final delivery. This role requires a combination of technical skills, team management capabilities, and negotiation expertise, with a clear focus on financial control and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Financial Performance Control:** Rigorous tracking of margin and billing for each assigned project, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions to ensure profitability. * **Team Sizing and Management:** Strategic planning of human resources required for each project, including managing onboarding and offboarding, ensuring availability of the right talent at every stage. * **Team Management and Leadership:** Organizing, structuring, and directing project teams. This includes managing internal workloads, coordinating effectively among team members, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * **Team Training and Development:** Continuous training of project teams, with particular emphasis on coordination functions. Technical training in specific areas where each team member is a specialist will also be provided, promoting professional development and specialization. * **Client Negotiation and Management:** Leading client negotiations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
