Your leadership will be fundamental in ensuring the success of our mobility solutions, from the acquisition phase to final delivery, connecting multicultural teams and overcoming the challenges of modern transportation in diverse regions. **Challenges that await** Leading comprehensive execution: You will direct all project phases, from team organization and management to financial control and reporting. Negotiation and contract management: You will actively participate in acquisition, order negotiation, and contract management, including claim resolution. Risk and opportunity management: You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, while seeking new business opportunities to maximize project value. Building strong relationships: You will effectively manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders, fostering fluid and collaborative communication. Quality assurance and compliance: You will ensure that all processes and deliverables meet the highest quality standards and applicable regulations. **What will make your application stand out** * Solid technical background: You hold a degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or equivalent. * Proven project management experience: You bring at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Engineering Manager in railway signaling companies. * Deep industry knowledge: You possess advanced technical knowledge in signaling interlocking, ERTMS, Centralized Traffic Control systems, and Communications, for both mainline and mass transit systems. * Mastery of tools and regulations: You have demonstrable experience with Microsoft Project/Microsoft Project Online and are familiar with railway safety regulations (CENELEC 50126, 50128, and 50129\). * Global vision and communication skills: You have experience working on multinational and multicultural projects, interacting with clients and partners globally. You are bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) and are available for frequent travel. **You’ll thrive even more if you also bring** Experience in site works management.
