The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring rigor in design, regulatory compliance, and resolution of complex technical issues from the conceptual phase through commissioning. This role requires deep technical knowledge and analytical judgment to validate technical solutions and interact with clients and technology providers. **Job Description:** **Technical Leadership and Judgment in Projects:** Defining design criteria and engineering methodologies applied to each project. **Supervision and Quality Control of Deliverables:** Reviewing, validating, and ensuring the technical quality of reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications prepared by the engineering team, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards and current regulations. **Technical Customer Support:** Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, technology providers, and regulatory bodies, resolving technical clarifications and participating in technical project defenses. **Technical Mentoring and Training of the Team:** Guiding and supervising the technical development of the team under supervision, resolving queries, promoting best practices, and transferring *know\-how* in specialized areas such as biometane, renewable gases, and infrastructure. **Optimization and Innovation of Solutions:** Identifying opportunities for technical improvement, design optimization, and application of new or more efficient technologies and processes to enhance project viability and added value. **Project Economic Performance Monitoring:** Tracking margin and billing for each assigned project, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions to ensure profitability. **Customer Negotiation and Management:** Leading negotiations with customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. Proactively managing project scope, ensuring customer expectations are met and maintaining effective control over changes. **Job Requirements:** **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent bachelor’s/master’s degree) or related field. **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience as a **Project Manager** in biometane plant, oil \& gas, or industrial infrastructure projects. **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of applicable regulations, infrastructure design processes, and specific solutions in renewable gases, oil \& gas, or industrial projects. **Languages:** Advanced level of English. **Availability:** Willingness to travel occasionally according to specific requirements for on-site supervision or technical meetings. Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and complex technical problem-solving abilities. Methodological rigor and technical orientation. Ability to train and transfer knowledge to the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and suppliers. Innovative mindset and up-to-date knowledge of the renewable gases and energy infrastructure sector.
