The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring design rigor, regulatory compliance, and resolution of complex technical issues from the conceptual phase through commissioning. This role requires deep technical knowledge and analytical judgment to validate technical solutions and interact with clients and technology providers. **Position Description:** **Technical Leadership and Judgment in Projects:** Definition of design criteria and engineering methodologies applied to each project. **Supervision and Quality Control of Deliverables:** Review, validation, and assurance of technical quality of reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications prepared by the engineering team, guaranteeing compliance with sector standards and current regulations. **Technical Client Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, technology providers, and regulatory bodies, resolving technical clarifications and participating in technical defenses of projects. **Technical Mentoring and Training of the Team:** Guide and supervise the technical development of the team under your responsibility, resolving queries, promoting best practices, and transferring *know\-how* in specialized areas such as biometane, renewable gases, and infrastructure. **Optimization and Innovation of Solutions:** Identify opportunities for technical improvement, design optimization, and application of new or more efficient technologies and processes to enhance project viability and added value. **Project Economic Performance Control:** Monitor margin and billing for each assigned project, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions to ensure profitability. **Client Negotiation and Management:** Lead negotiations with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. Proactively manage project scope, ensuring client expectations are met and changes are effectively controlled. **Position Requirements:** **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent bachelor’s/master’s degree) or related field. **Professional Experience:** Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as a **Project Manager** in biometane plant, oil \& gas, or industrial infrastructure projects. **Technical Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of applicable regulations, infrastructure design processes, and specific solutions in renewable gases, oil \& gas, or industrial projects. **Languages:** Advanced level of English. **Availability:** Willingness to travel occasionally according to specific project supervision or technical meeting requirements. Skills: Strong analytical, diagnostic, and complex technical problem-solving abilities. Methodological rigor and technical orientation. Ability to train and transfer knowledge to the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and suppliers. Innovative mindset and up-to-date knowledge of the renewable gases and energy infrastructure sectors.
