




Job Summary: Project Manager for the HENKA program, responsible for the effective and high-quality management of the project and coordination among involved stakeholders. Promote new technologies and digital tools **THE PROJECT TO BE DEVELOPED:** The **HENKA – Growing in Emotional Well-being** program is a universal primary prevention and emotional well-being promotion initiative targeting adolescents, implemented in educational centers and developed in collaboration with public administrations, social entities, and other teams involved in the project (research, communication, web development, etc.). The program aims to strengthen adolescent students’ resilience and emotional well-being—and that of their environment—through interventions at educational centers, among education professionals, families, and the broader community. The project is grounded in scientific evidence in mental health and prevention. We require a **Project Manager** for the Henka project, specialized in project management. This role will be key to ensuring effective, coherent, and high-quality project management, as well as coordinating and aligning work among the various stakeholders involved in territorial expansion, implementation, communication, and evaluation of the program. https://www.behenka.org/es **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Coordinate Henka program projects**, as well as support ongoing projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and quality. * **Manage and analyze assigned processes**, identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of effectiveness and efficiency (simplification, automation, resource optimization). * **Coordinate the development, updating, and monitoring of procedures**, ensuring their correct application and alignment with the project’s strategic objectives. * **Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and evolution of the dashboard**, ensuring availability of key indicators for project monitoring and decision-making. * **Support the Henka Management Team** through data analysis and presentation, as well as facilitating organizational tasks (meeting organization, follow-up on agreements, and other delegated functions). * **Promote the adoption of new technologies and digital tools**, collaborating in managing the change associated with their implementation. * **Collaborate in integrating and leveraging information systems** (ERP, Power BI, databases), aiming to transform data into strategic actions and decisions. * **Prepare executive presentations** for Management, funders, and other key project stakeholders. * **Draft meeting minutes and track agreed actions**, guaranteeing their execution and traceability. * **Represent the Henka project in committees, working groups, and external meetings**, ensuring coordination and alignment with all involved stakeholders. **WORK SCHEDULE, HOURS AND CONTRACT:** * Full-time position (100%). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:26 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. * Temporary contract with possibility of extension. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Psychology, or related fields. * Demonstrable experience in project management. * Knowledge and experience in process improvement, with a focus on simplification, efficiency, and application of new technologies and digital tools. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied in professional contexts. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Training in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.) and data analysis skills. * High-level proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; good command of English is desirable. * Socio-emotional competencies, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders are valued. * To apply for this job opening and attach your CV, click the “Apply” button visible on this same screen.
