As a **Project Manager or Project Lead**, you will lead end-to-end project management (scope, schedule, cost, and quality) and serve as the team’s technical and operational point of reference. You will also manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring transparent, proactive, results-oriented collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading multidisciplinary design teams, fostering collaboration, performance, and goal achievement. + Coordinate and supervise design phases with a practical, constructability-focused approach. + Ensure technical quality, design consistency and accuracy, as well as adherence to budget and client specifications. + Manage scope, scheduling, resources, and external consultants—identifying and mitigating risks early. + Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders. + Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of best practices (e.g., lessons learned, standardization, BIM where applicable). What We Offer: * A multicultural and innovative environment, delivering top-tier projects. * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning. * An excellent work environment and the flexibility needed to balance personal and professional life. * A competitive compensation package aligned with experience. **Requirements** * Degree in **Civil Engineering (ICCP)** or **Civil Engineering**. * 10 years’ experience in civil infrastructure project management and design, including 3 years specifically in urban development projects. * International experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing direct client engagement. * Proven expertise in end-to-end project management: scope, schedule, cost, and quality—including risk and change management. * Professional-level Spanish and English (spoken and written), with ability to draft technical documentation and present to clients. * Strong technical foundation in civil engineering and constructability applied to design. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills focused on building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. * High organizational and prioritization capability, with a results-driven mindset. * Proficiency in planning and collaboration tools. * Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.
