Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching on behalf of our client for a **Project Manager (Real Estate Developer)** based in **Alicante**. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Comprehensive project management from the client’s perspective, covering all phases from inception to handover. * Control and monitoring of the project’s **budget, schedule, and quality**. * Coordination with **architects, contractors, and suppliers**. * Supervision of execution to ensure achievement of defined objectives. * Financial control of the project, ensuring established cost limits are not exceeded. * Payment validation and budgetary tracking. * Ensuring the project is executed in line with the company’s defined **profitability** objectives. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Experience supervising construction works from the client’s or contractor’s side. * Knowledge of project management (schedule, cost, and quality). * Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders (contractors, clients, etc.). * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: 9\-18h. * Salary for Technical Architect: **€30,000 – €40,000 gross annual** \+ **variable component**. * Location in central Alicante. * Opportunity to join a growing project within the real estate sector. * Job stability and professional development.
