Within this framework, the following principles apply:  Make available to the company the methodology for producing high-quality deliverables and performing their verification (reviews and testing)  Define and implement the necessary tools to apply the quality model (\*MQS)  Promote the use of resources provided by the model through dissemination, training, and communication activities  Perform quality controls on output products against their specifications  Maintain and improve the quality model. Apply continuous improvement both to correct inefficiencies and to implement new opportunities The main objectives of this service are:  Ensure that the system under development meets the requirements of the client or end user, delivering expected results—and thereby achieving customer satisfaction.  Ensure the system is efficient in terms of time and resources, delivering optimal performance and response time.  Ensure the system remains reliable in case of risks or failures.  Ensure the system supports updates easily and without risk.  Ensure the live system complies with the defined \*MQS model. **Requirements** Functional consultant with knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Strong spoken and written Catalan. Experienced in client and service provider interactions. Experience in software quality management. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. Experience in documentation and reporting generation.
