This is a pivotal role where you will manage the executive team's task flow, streamline cross\-departmental communication, and build a world\-class delivery engine for our Tech and Creative teams. **Requirements** **What you’ll do** * **Executive Delivery Management:** Manage the executive team’s task backlog, ensuring every initiative is prioritized according to the company’s strategic goals; * **Tech \& Creative Synergy:** Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows for Technical and Creative departments. Your goal is to standardize delivery and eliminate bottlenecks; * **Strategic Reporting:** Organize high\-level meetings, prepare progress reports for founders, and ensure transparency across all key milestones; * **Cross\-departmental Orchestration:** Act as the central nervous system of the company, ensuring seamless communication between Product, Art, Tech, and Marketing; * **Process Optimization:** Audit existing processes and implement best practices to improve overall operational efficiency. **What you bring** * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years in Project Management**, with at least 3 years specifically in the iGaming industry in a PMO or Senior PM role; * **Methodology Expert:** Deep practical knowledge of **Agile, Scrum, and Kanban**.
