Our mission is to carry out industrial operations in compliance with safety, productivity and efficiency standards, while ensuring final product quality and customer service, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the pharmaceutical industry and/or food manufacturing regulations whenever applicable.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
**1\. Perform container selection and filling operations (industrial gases, medical gases, specialty gases)**
* Ensure safe execution of container selection and filling operations following applicable procedures: including bottle, block, ranger or LBU connection and disconnection, ..., manipulation of all necessary valves to fill equipment with the correct content, including secondary tasks such as product batch assignment, completion of traceability forms, batch documentation completion, application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and verification of product specifications.
* Monitor parameters, conduct tests and verify physical data to optimize production quality and quantity.
* Respect established workflows by always placing containers in designated zones corresponding to their current status, as indicated on current layout plans.
* Guarantee corrective actions while parameters remain suboptimal.
* Ensure safe startup and shutdown of all plant equipment, follow procedures and supervise parameters.
* Act as first responder in emergency situations and initiate safety procedures.
* Keep manager and/or QP/RTF/RCQ informed about any safety-related issues and/or activities (including incidents during selection, filling, etc.).
**2\. Prepare transport shipments (primary, secondary, materials, etc.) and goods receipt**
* Ensure execution of operations (shipment preparation, loading, unloading, etc.) according to defined procedures and guarantee required traceability.
* Comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage requirements.
* Receive materials/products required for the Filling Center/warehouse according to defined procedures.
* Manage warehouse operations (preparation of primary and secondary orders, physical and digital receipt/shipment of products/containers, maintenance of order and cleanliness, FEFO-based goods management, handling of rejected and/or returned products, traceability management) in accordance with pharmaceutical GMP and GDP requirements and defined procedures.
* Participate in safety meetings and proactively contribute to achieving safety objectives.
* Ensure daily compliance with process quality procedures.
* May be authorized to join emergency response teams.
* Load and unload trucks.
* Prepare materials for deliveries.
* Receive materials required for the Filling Center.
**3\. Comply with safety and health, quality and environmental requirements**
* Ensure operational compliance with safety procedures.
* Comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage requirements.
* Participate in safety meetings and proactively contribute to achieving safety objectives.
* Ensure daily compliance with process quality procedures and final product analysis procedures.
* Carry out analytical plan implementation.
* May be authorized to join emergency response brigades.
* Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for medicinal and healthcare products and applicable Pharmacopoeia requirements.
**4\. Record operations in computer systems (or on paper)**
* Enter all daily production data into the system.
* Ensure tracking of production events.
* Complete and report incident reports.
* Conduct material counts during inventory operations.
* Review standard operating procedures (SOPs), P\&D diagrams, PFDs and all other technical documentation related to the specific plant equipment.
**5\. Participate in continuous improvement processes and perform basic maintenance tasks on facilities or cylinders**
* Identify process and procedure improvements based on incident analysis.
* Identify risks in operational situations and propose improvements.
* Propose changes regarding safety or productivity.
* Participate in and perform basic maintenance operations on facilities, production equipment or cylinders, in accordance with applicable procedures and required task-specific qualifications.
**Are you a MATCH?**
* Higher Vocational Training Cycles (CFGS): Mechanical, electromechanical, or other technical vocational training programs.
* Forklift operator license.
* Experience in production/operations within industrial sectors; knowledge of industrial safety procedures (work permits, LOTO, etc.).
