**Your mission, should you choose to accept it** We're looking for a curious, proactive and hospitality\-driven student to join us as our new Management Assistant Intern. If you're eager to gain hands\-on experience in hotel operations and learn alongside an experienced leadership team, this is your opportunity. As our Management Assistant Intern, you'll work closely with the Hotel Manager and the Operations team, gaining first\-hand exposure to what it takes to lead a vibrant hotel within The Social Hub community. You'll support a variety of operational, administrative and project\-based initiatives that contribute to the smooth day\-to\-day running of the hotel. From operational excellence and quality management to process improvements and people\-related initiatives, you'll help keep everything moving while learning from experienced hospitality professionals. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. **What You'll Do** * Support the day\-to\-day operations of The Social Hub San Sebastián alongside the Hotel Manager and Operations team. * Assist with projects related to operational excellence, quality standards, cost awareness and continuous improvement. * Help coordinate planning, communications, systems and tools across different hotel departments. * Support the implementation and monitoring of operational procedures and TSH quality standards. * Assist with administrative and HR\-related initiatives that support the hotel leadership team. * Contribute to cross\-functional projects and gain exposure to different areas of hotel operations, including Rooms, Food \& Beverage and Community. * Help ensure a seamless experience for both guests and team members by supporting operational processes across the hotel. **Who You Are** * You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree for the entire duration of the internship, preferably in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field. * Your internship must be a mandatory or university\-recognised internship as part of your studies. * You're looking to gain practical experience in hotel operations and are excited to learn in a fast\-paced hospitality environment. * You're organised, proactive and enjoy bringing structure to busy environmentsYou're a natural connector with strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds. * You have an affinity for hospitality, hotels, co\-living, PBSA or a similar industry. * You enjoy solving problems, taking initiative and supporting multiple projects at once. * You communicate confidently in both English and Spanish.
