We are focused on global expansion, collaborative innovation and sustainability with the aim to become a great place to work! **The mission of this role** Drive the strategy, development, and success of Quadpack’s global Skincare category by combining deep market understanding, packaging expertise, and strong analytical and marketing skills to build a competitive and sustainable portfolio. You will collaborate across functions to bring meaningful skincare solutions to market. **Key Responsibilities** * **Category Strategy \& Portfolio Management:** Define the skincare category segmentation and growth priorities, build and manage the product roadmap (innovation, renovation, rationalization), analyze market and customer insights, monitor portfolio profitability, and drive continuous performance improvement. * **Business Development:** Identify new market opportunities and support Sales with tailored value propositions; lead customer\-facing sessions and key meetings to secure new business; collaborate with Sales to define commercial priorities and activation plans. * **Product Development:** Translate market and customer needs into clear product briefs; define product positioning, specifications, and pricing; build business cases for new developments; lead cross\-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope; track post\-launch performance and recommend improvements. * **Operational Marketing:** Develop go\-to\-market plans and launch toolkits; maintain and update communication materials (datasheets, presentations, visuals, samples); lead customer webinars and internal updates related to skincare solutions. * **Education \& Advocacy:** Act as the internal ambassador for the skincare category, train the Commercial team to ensure consistent portfolio knowledge, and represent the category at internal and external events to reinforce expertise and credibility. **Requirements** * Academic background in Marketing, International Business, or a related field. * 10\+ years' experience in the skincare industry. * Strong expertise in packaging, ideally including airless and jar systems. * Analytical, structured, and comfortable leading cross\-functional teams. * Strong marketing understanding and ability to create compelling product stories. * Experience working in an international, fast\-paced, innovative\-driven environment. * Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
