The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical development and optimization of mechanical installation projects, ensuring feasibility, economic efficiency, and continuous production support. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Technical review and analysis of mechanical installation projects to ensure proper execution. * Development of drawings, construction details, and site-adapted technical solutions. * Planning of material requirements in coordination with Production and Procurement. * Preparation of technical comparisons and support in cost optimization. * Drafting of technical documentation and execution specifications. * Proposal of technical improvements and adaptation of projects to on-site construction realities. * Continuous technical support to Site Managers and Project Managers. * Technical coordination with suppliers and validation of solutions. * Verification of regulatory compliance and quality standards. #### **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technical Offices or in the execution of mechanical installations. * Solid knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection systems (PCI), and aerothermal systems. * Experience in reviewing and developing installation projects. * Advanced proficiency in CAD and office software tools. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and capacity for technical-economic optimization. * Residence in Mallorca or willingness to relocate to the island. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in luxury hotel or residential projects. * Experience in international projects. * Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations. * Prior experience in on-site construction execution.
