The Group also operates cogeneration plants to supply steam and electricity to customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **1 \- Safety, Quality \& IMS, Environment, Facility Legalization, Reporting.** The Manufacturing Engineer collaborates with the Plant Manager to ensure the highest level of safety for Plant personnel (employees, contractors, etc.). * Ensure compliance with QHSE and IMS regulations and collaborate in defining Action Plans. * Prepare / Review and validate Work Permits, LOTO (Lockout\-Tagout), and monitor fieldwork. * Collaborate in preparing and conducting internal and external audits. * Collaborate in preparing and executing Safety Drills, reporting identified improvements, and implementing related Action Plans. * Collaborate in reporting on alerts, econorms, Integral, Environment, and monthly reporting. * Assume the assigned role in Emergency Response Plans. **2 \- Team Management** * Collaborate in defining shifts, vacations, and tasks / jobs. * Train Plant Supervisors. **3 \- Reliability** * Execute Reliability Alerts. * Collaborate in analyzing reliability incidents, studies / projects, and implementing Action Plans. **4 \- Operations and Process** * Ensure correct execution of SIO (Smart and Innovative Operations) instructions to deliver the appropriate product quality and quantity to the customer (daily operations, testing, anomaly analysis, etc.). * Make production decisions in exceptional situations, in coordination with the Plant Manager. **5 \- Maintenance** * Collaborate with the BIM (Best in Maintenance) team in organizing the multi\-annual Turnaround (TAR) (scope, budget, schedule, suppliers, procurement, etc.). * Ensure maintenance management is carried out correctly via CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), following the strategy defined by BIM and ensuring data reliability. * Ensure maintenance operations (preventive, corrective, and TAR) are executed as planned and under required safety measures, and that the Plant has necessary resources (suppliers, spare parts, workforce, etc.). **6 \- Projects** * Evaluate projects and budgets. * Monitor execution of projects assigned to iPMO, SIO, automation, etc., and implement local projects. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering degree. * **Languages:** Advanced English. * **Experience:** 1–3 years of plant operations experience. * **Knowledge:** Safety, Regulatory, AUS/HyCo processes, Process Safety, Maintenance. * **Competencies:** Cross\-functional coordination / Leadership, Creativity, Anticipation, Change Management, Decision\-making, Customer orientation. \#LI\-RO1 **Are you a MATCH?** .
