If you are proactive, possess strong analytical skills, and maintain a rigorous approach to project planning and monitoring, this is your opportunity! **About the position:** You will be responsible for **planning and execution control of construction projects**, ensuring efficiency and achievement of defined objectives. Your work will be fundamental to the success of our operations, guaranteeing that each project phase proceeds optimally. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain detailed construction plans, defining schedules, resources, and key milestones. * Conduct **comprehensive progress monitoring**, comparing actual execution against the established plan. * Identify, analyze, and manage deviations from the plan, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions promptly. * Implement and optimize Lean methodologies to improve on-site efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize value. * Collaborate closely with construction, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment and information flow. * Prepare periodic project status reports, including relevant KPIs and recommendations. * Manage technical and administrative documentation related to construction planning and progress. * Participate in monitoring and coordination meetings, contributing your planning expertise and insights. * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and project management processes at Eosol Group. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Planner, Lean Manager, or in similar roles, preferably in construction or renewable energy sectors. * Solid knowledge and experience in Lean Construction methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in project planning and management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar). * Demonstrated ability in **progress monitoring** and deviation management. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capability. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with outstanding communication skills. * Proactive, results-oriented individual with strong commitment. * Availability to work on-site and undertake occasional travel. **Desirable:** * University degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Civil Engineering, etc.) or related field. * Knowledge of the renewable energy sector (photovoltaic, wind, etc.). * Experience implementing digital tools for construction management. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, professional development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to large-scale projects driving the energy transition.
