Join us at ptw Shipyard, where we are searching for talented individuals to fill the role of Junior Project Manager. As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing boat projects, ensuring impeccable quality, adherence to schedules, and budget management. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate in the development of project documents and templates. * Ensure strict compliance with quality and project standards. * Monitor project phases to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, and meet the client's approved quality standards. * Provide support to the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and supervising project tasks. * Act as a liaison with the client's representative during the ship's stay at the shipyard. * Organize and supervise work across different departments. * Manage internal project documentation and schedules. * Execute reporting activities for your project portfolio and team as directed. * Thrive in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment, consistently delivering excellent results. * Adhere to company rules, regulations, and safety procedures. * Maintain a clean and safe work area, upholding professional work standards. * Perform other reasonable duties within the scope of this role, as required by operations management. **SKILLS \& COMPETENCIES** * Pragmatic with the ability to establish clear priorities while respecting project schedules. * Results\-oriented mindset. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Strong internal customer orientation. * Positive attitude. * Effective communication skills. **SOFTWARE SKILLS** * Proficiency in ERP business management software. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint). * Familiarity with design and project management software, such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, AutoCAD, Asana, SmartSheet, Monday, or similar tools. **LANGUAGES** Fluent in Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. **TRAINING** * Background in Naval Engineering, Technical Naval Engineering, or an equivalent University Degree. * Additional training in Project Management will be considered an asset. **CONTRACT TYPE \& SALARY** * Permanent contract. * Full\-time position. * Competitive salary package, including 30 days of paid vacation. **AVAILABILITY** Immediate incorporation.
