Purpose of the mission: * Lead, deliver, and deploy various key projects in accordance with defined requirements, budgets, and schedules. * Ensure smooth operation of an application portfolio, guaranteeing user satisfaction. Mission: * Ensure strategic alignment among Business, Digital, and Implementation teams. * Foster synergies to reach agreements among all project stakeholders. * Act as a filter to prevent implementations that generate inefficiencies or technical debt. * Proactively identify optimization opportunities—aiming to reduce project costs and capitalize on prior investments. * Guarantee executive reporting directed to sponsors. Requirements What are we looking for? * 10+ years managing IT or digital transformation projects. * Specific experience in digital HR or HRIS. * Experience coordinating business, technology, and vendors. * Knowledge of Workday or SuccessFactors. * Familiarity with interacting with senior management and sponsors. * Professional Spanish and English.
