Manage end-to-end service governance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and operational objectives. Coordinate technical teams and various stakeholders, managing risks, escalations, backlogs, and incident tracking. Lead service committees and prepare operational and executive reporting. Drive continuous improvement and ensure correct implementation of ITSM/ITIL processes. **What we are looking for in you:** 3\-4 years of experience in IT service management (not project management) and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
