A next-generation fleet, equipped with the latest technology and sustainable practices. ***What will be my functions and responsibilities?*** * Lead and manage projects within the Flight Operations and Training department. * Act as internal product owner for Ops V. and Training applications, serving as an intermediary with the supplier and analyzing potential integrations with other World2Fly applications. * Promote innovation within the Ops V. and Training departments. * Conduct testing, together with users, of new features/patches of currently used applications. * Provide user support. * Serve as the technological reference point for the Ops V. and Training areas. **Requirements:** --------------- ***We would love you if you have*** * Experience in project management. * Strong analytical skills. Ability to understand the what and the why. * General knowledge of technology: communications, servers, cloud, ... at a conceptual level (to be able to hold conversations). * High communication and teamwork skills. * Advanced level of English. ***Valued*** * Experience working as a consultant-analyst in a software development company. * Experience leading projects across different sectors. * Academic background in a technological field. * Knowledge of aviation regulations. * Experience in projects involving airline flight crew management
