Benefit from constant training and career advancement ### **Job description** **Location**: Barcelona **Are you looking for a real professional and human adventure?** **Do you want to join a stimulating career in Marketing \& Comunication and work in a multicultural environment?** **Are you curious and do you want to discover the world of consulting?** Under the supervision and coaching of the Group Marketing \& Communication Manager located in our Headquarter in Luxembourg, you will join an existing and structured team that focuses on marketing, and external/internal communication for a multicultural and international company. In close collaboration with the other back office departments of the Group, you will dive into the current needs of the MarCom team to organise your work. ***Responsibilities:*** * Support the marketing department in our different missions; * Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions; * Active participation in enhancing Taleo’s notoriety; * Give support in event planning; * Create assets and posts for social media posts; * Assist in various ad\-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and projects (website, events, trainings, job fairs, internal and external projects, etc.). ***Your competences required :*** * You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing and looking for a scholar internship; * A first previous experience in Marketing or Communication environment, for professional or private sope, is considered a nice to have; * You have a good proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, SharePoint; * You are autonomous, proactive, creative, and organized; * You are able to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional environment (you will frequently be in contact with the managers of the company); * You are eager to learn and willing to improve your skills; * You are fluent in English (French would be consider a good advantage). ***What we offer :*** * A deep dive into the Consulting and Financial Services / Banking environment in Luxembourg. * An excellent international exposure, with our team members from all branches in Europe/World. * Constant trainings, and follow up with your manager. * “Coffe time” with your team to check on your well\-being at work. * A dynamic team that enjoys collaboration and works in a fun environment. * Semi\-annual and annual performance reviews.
