Their products, including state\-of\-the\-art concrete and mixing equipment, play a critical role in driving progress in housing, infrastructure, and urban development projects. **Position Summary** The **Industrial Data \& Configuration Specialist** is responsible for the governance, management, and maintenance of critical configuration data within Manufacturing operating systems. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure data integrity, quality, consistency, and traceability across multiple systems and business processes. The role also ensures that all configuration and change management activities are executed in a timely manner and in compliance with company standards, procedures, and operating policies. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain master and configuration data within Manufacturing systems (BOMs’ management). * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and alignment across multiple business applications and platforms. * Coordinate and execute configuration and change management activities in accordance with established procedures. * Assess, document, and implement changes related to product structures, materials, processes, and other configuration elements. * Perform regular data quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with governance standards. * Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams to support the effective implementation of changes. * Identify and drive improvements in configuration management and data governance processes. * Support digitalization, continuous improvement, and industrial transformation initiatives. * Develop and maintain technical documentation related to configuration standards, processes, and procedures.d maintain technical documentation related to configuration standards, processes, and procedures. **Reporting Structure** * Reports to: Technology Manager **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, or equivalent). **Experience \& Technical Skills** * Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments. * Knowledge of Configuration Management, Change Management, and Data Governance principles. * Experience with ERP (M3, SAP), PLM, MES, or other manufacturing\-related systems. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem\-solving capabilities. * Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (Power BI). * Professional level of English in an international business environment. * Experience in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects is considered an advantage. **Languages** * High level of English, both written and spoken. **Key Soft Skills** * Attention to Detail and Accuracy Demonstrates a high level of precision when managing critical data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and quality across systems. * Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze complex information, identify discrepancies, assess impacts, and develop effective solutions based on data and business requirements. * Process\-Oriented Mindset Strong commitment to following established procedures, standards, and governance practices while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. * Communication and Stakeholder Management Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and alignment across functions. * Planning and Organizational Skills Capable of managing multiple priorities, coordinating change activities, and meeting deadlines in a structured and efficient manner. **Location:** * Castellbisbal **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a dynamic industrial environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Continuous learning and training programs.
