Do you want to grow within a People & Culture team that has real business impact?
We are seeking an HR professional with a service-oriented mindset, people focus, and enthusiasm for actively participating in talent acquisition, onboarding, and development.
You will join a large — very large — company.
What will be your challenge?
As a People & Culture Technician, you will play a key role in attracting and onboarding talent, working closely with various departments, team leads, and HR Business Partners.
Your mission will be to understand business needs, identify the most suitable profiles, and ensure a positive experience for individuals throughout their journey within the organization.
What will be your responsibilities?
End-to-end management of selection processes, especially for positions in commercial, operational, and corporate areas.
Analyze each department’s needs and jointly define, with internal leads, the most appropriate professional profiles.
Publish job postings, conduct CV screenings, competency-based interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Develop new recruitment channels and maintain an active network of potential candidates.
Establish relationships with universities, training centers, recruitment agencies, and other external partners.
Create and maintain a talent pool aligned with the organization’s current and future needs.
Participate in welcoming and onboarding processes for new hires.
Monitor individuals during their integration and progression within the company.
Support internal mobility and professional development processes.
Collaborate in managing and monitoring temporary staff for operational teams.
Support HR Business Partners in Operations areas.
Participate in People & Culture initiatives related to development, engagement, employee experience, and continuous improvement.
University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar.
Minimum two years’ experience in personnel selection or in a generalist HR role.
Experience managing selection processes for commercial and/or operational profiles.
Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other talent acquisition tools.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Ability to understand the business and translate its needs into concrete professional profiles.
Strong communication, listening, and coordination skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Internal client orientation and service mindset.
Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
We will especially value a person who is approachable, solution-oriented, and flexible — someone comfortable acting as a support figure for HR and Operations teams.
Permanent contract and stable professional project.
Join a well-established and growing company.
Compensation commensurate with experience and fit for the role.
Hybrid work arrangement.
Flexible compensation plan.
Option to enroll in private health insurance and meal vouchers.
Discounts on company products.
Dynamic, collaborative, and people-oriented work environment.
Opportunity to participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on talent, culture, and development.
Direct interaction with various business areas and genuine opportunities for learning and career growth.
This role may be especially suited for you if…
You enjoy selection but also wish to contribute across other HR domains.
You thrive working closely with managers and operational teams.
You have a practical, solution-driven, and business-oriented perspective.
You want to be part of a stable initiative where the People function plays a strategic role.
Interested in continuing your growth in the People & Culture area? We look forward to your application.
