Our **Systems Engineering Competence Centre** is responsible for the overall technical architecture and development of space systems and satellite platforms, from initial concept definition through on\-orbit operations. We are currently working on several ESA and commercial projects to deliver cutting\-edge technologies for Earth observation, communication satellites, and scientific missions. ### **What will you do?** * Support new and ongoing projects regarding systems engineering activities for satellite platforms. * Generate and optimize technical budgets and define system requirements. * Manage requirements and assess test approaches. * Perform various analyses and simulations to ensure compliance with mission needs. * Collaborate directly with the Project Office (PMO) and multidisciplinary teams. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design reviews and verification plans. * Ensure consistency and alignment across all subsystems within the spacecraft architecture. ### **What are we looking for?** ✅ Aerospace Engineering degree (preferred). ✅ More than 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry. ✅ Proven expertise as a spacecraft systems engineer with technical leadership responsibilities. ✅ Strong knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems. ✅ Familiarity with MBSE philosophy and ECSS standards. ✅ Hands\-on approach to cross\-functional technical issues. ✅ English level: B2 minimum. ✅ Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
