Main point of contact with multiple stakeholders The Deputy Design Coordinator on Site plays a key role in effectively coordinating between the construction team and the external design team, facilitating agile decision-making and ensuring alignment among all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design Coordination * Collect and consolidate feedback and requirements from CATL engineers, and convey them in a structured manner to the off-site design team. * Support agile resolution of design issues on site, reducing reliance on the off-site team whenever possible. Stakeholder Liaison: * Act as the main on-site liaison with the supervision team, collecting technical queries and channeling their resolution. * Serve as the on-site point of contact with CATL’s Design Coordinator, ensuring alignment on technical and design matters. * Act as the on-site liaison with the design engineering firm and technical support, facilitating coordination and resolution of issues. Issue Management and Reporting: * Maintain continuous reporting to the Design Coordinator, as well as to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager, updating them on design status, risks, and pending items. * Track pending critical design items, driving their timely and proper resolution. Coordination with Planning: * Collaborate closely with the planning team, reviewing pending key items and prioritizing design activities based on construction needs and project milestones.
