As part of Prodware Spain’s growth, we are seeking to hire a **Project Manager** based in **Spain** to join our **D365 Customer Engagement** team. Responsibilities: * Lead end\-to\-end planning and execution of implementation projects. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Monitor project financial performance (forecast, WIP, invoicing, cost control). * Act as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring a trusted relationship. * Ensure correct application of Prodware’s methodology, processes, and tools. * Manage risks, incidents, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. * Drive customer and team satisfaction. * Identify business opportunities and support future sales efforts. * Coordinate project closures and lessons-learned sessions. Requirements: * 4\-5 years’ experience managing software implementation projects in consulting. * Experience in comprehensive project management (scope, planning, execution, and financial control). * Experience implementing CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP CRM, Siebel, etc.). Strong client orientation and results-driven mindset. **Desirable:** * Experience in international projects. * Experience implementing Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 CE. * Knowledge of solutions such as Field Services or Project Operations. **Languages:** Professional English. **What We Offer:** Continuous training and learning program.
