Make an impact!** ------------------------------------- **Key Responsibilities** Being involved in all aspects of originating and executing greenfield/brownfield and M\&A projects Actively screening the market to identify potential new investment opportunities Leading target detailed assessment, business planning, M\&A valuation and coordination of key stakeholders Supporting the execution of strategic projects: project scoping and work planning, strategic analysis, formalization of recommendations, coordination of stakeholders Providing ad hoc strategic analysis to support the decision\-making process of the executive team **Do you have what it takes?** ------------------------------ **Required Qualifications – must have** Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field Experience: 8–12 years’ experience in Investment Banking (M\&A), Management Consulting or Private Equity, in roles focused on strategy, mergers \& acquisitions and transactional services; proven experience in deal origination Skills: * Fluent in English and Spanish; * Strong negotiation and communication skills; * Structured and analytical, with strong business sense; * Able to earn trust and work with stakeholders across all levels; * Able to deliver on tight deadlines in a fast\-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications – nice to have** German language skills **What’s in for you?** ---------------------- Competitive salary package (base \+ bonus, negotiable) Hybrid work model — combining office flexibility with real operational exposure International scope: work with teams and stakeholders across 6 countries Opportunity to shape the digital backbone of a global sustainability\-driven company Growth within a global organisation committed to circular economy and environmental impact
