Summary We are seeking a Senior Consultant to act as Project Lead, responsible for project direction and monitoring, ensuring achievement of objectives with the expected quality, timelines, and costs, while continuously managing scope, risks, changes, and expectations. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent certification is essential, along with proven experience in project/program management within technological environments. Responsibilities* Supervise project progress. * Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with stakeholders and responsible parties; executive and operational reporting (summaries, minutes, agreements). * Monitor deviations in scope, cost, and time; propose and execute corrective actions. * Supervise and manage internal and external resources assigned to the project. * Coordinate with third parties and manage dependencies through established channels. * Manage changes (impact on scope/schedule/cost), governance, and traceability. * Manage risks and opportunities (RAID log, mitigation/contingency plans). * Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards/processes. * Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain continuous communication with key stakeholders. Key Requirements* Education: Master's degree (MECES level 3 / EQF 7) or equivalent in industrial technology, telecommunications, or computer science. * Experience: 15 years leading the management and monitoring of technological projects. * Certification: SAFe or equivalent agile scaling certification. * Proficiency in planning, cost/schedule control, risk and change management. * Experience in resource management and coordination of third parties and dependencies. * Strong communication and reporting skills (executive and technical) in Spanish. * Experience with BPM platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega). Desirable* Additional certifications: PMP/PMI-ACP, Scrum Master/PO, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Disciplined Agile, LeSS, or Nexus. * Experience in the public sector/utilities and digital transformation. * Proficiency with PMO/ALM tools (Jira/Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, Azure DevOps).
