




Our client is a multinational software company with offices in Germany, France, Japan and Spain (Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid). They develop technological products specialized in the financial and insurance sectors. We are looking for **a Consultant** to join the Consulting team in the Madrid office. ### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Be part of the consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies. * Coordinate small agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area. * Lead complex business analyses, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor less experienced team members. * Act as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as required by the project. * Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis. * Act as a Scrum Master with the option to grow into an Agile Coach role. * Support B2B sales activities ### **What do we expect from you?** * At least **3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector**, **insurance**, in an international environment. * Understanding of how insurance companies or banks operate, with familiarity with their key processes and business models. * Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and execution of IT implementations. * Creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems. * Ability to ensure the quality of team deliverables by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills. * Experience in team management and accountability for team results. * Ability to work in Spain and the European Union full\-time. * University degree (preferably in business, technology, or a related field). * **Very high level of English and Spanish.** ### **What do we offer you?** * Flexible working hours and a **100% remote model** (you will only need to attend client offices when the project requires it). * Salary 47K – 68K \+ performance bonuses and rewards. * Possibility of promotion twice a year and a clearly defined career path with salary projections (reviews every 6 months). * Growth opportunities with a training budget that you can use for courses and conferences. * Language classes for employees. * An internal coach who will guide you through your onboarding process, continuous training, and professional opportunities, plus a budget for team lunches. * Numerous team\-building activities, trips, hobby groups, and cultural events to foster a teamwork\-driven company culture.
