If you’re motivated by making an impact through technology and contributing to strategic initiatives, this is your place. **Join our team!** As part of our strategy to strengthen our position as a leading company, we are looking to reinforce our team with a **CAU Team Coordinator** **What will you do?** * Coordinate CAU services and manage incidents and requests * Drive improvements and transformation of IT support processes * Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service quality * Manage ticketing tools (HP Service Manager) * Liaise with business units and end users * Promote automation and adoption of tools such as Copilot **Requirements** ✅ 3\-4 years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk (coordination role preferred) ✅ Advanced knowledge of: Copilot, Office 365, Project, Visio, HP Service Manager ✅ Experience in process transformation ✅ Insurance industry experience is a plus ✅ Strong communication skills and service orientation Madrid.
