




At OUA, we are seeking to hire a **Senior Architect Project Manager** to lead architecture projects with a strong focus on profitability, deadlines, and excellence in client service. The role will oversee end-to-end project management, serving as the internal point of reference and primary liaison with the client and other involved parties. **Your responsibilities** * Project planning and direction (milestones, deliverables, and coordination across phases: conceptual design, basic design, and executive design). * Control of **deadlines, budget, and resources**, including monitoring deviations and implementing corrective actions. * Leading meetings and **finalizing decisions** (minutes, commitments, and follow-up). * Coordinating internal teams and collaborators to ensure effective multidisciplinary integration. * Managing **administrative procedures** and coordinating efforts to **obtain permits**, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. * Identifying and managing risks (technical, administrative, scope-related, and scheduling-related). * Communicating and **negotiating** with clients and third parties to align scope, cost, timeline, and expectations. **What we’re looking for** * **Architect** (degree in Architecture). * **Minimum 10 years’ experience** as an architect, with **at least 5 years demonstrable experience** managing **high-complexity architectural projects** as a Project Manager. * In-depth knowledge of the full process: **technical and administrative stakeholders**, applicable regulations, standard practices, and **permit management**. * Clear goal orientation: **profitability**, adherence to deadlines, and client satisfaction. * Excellent **leadership, communication, and negotiation skills**. * Advanced English if the project requires international interaction. **What we offer** * Indefinite full-time contract. * Working hours: 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:30; Fridays 9:00–15:00. * **Attractive remuneration**, commensurate with experience and position level. * An **exceptional work environment**, within a close-knit, demanding, and highly collaborative team. * High-complexity architectural projects involving direct client interaction and real decision-making authority. * Stability and professional growth within a growing group, with opportunities to assume greater responsibility based on performance.
