Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead and coordinate multiple consultancy projects from inception through to execution, ensuring project objectives and client satisfaction. Work Location Madrid Mission The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading and coordinating several consultancy projects simultaneously—from initial phases through to execution—acting as the primary liaison between the client and technical teams. The role entails ensuring project objectives are met in terms of timelines, costs, technical quality, and client satisfaction, while providing strategic, proactive, and results-oriented oversight. Reports To Responsibilities End-to-end coordination and management of architectural consultancy projects from the initial phase. Acting as the primary liaison between client and technical team, ensuring smooth and effective communication. Planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines, costs, and technical quality. Supervising correct application of applicable regulations. Managing and monitoring construction works, including technical control and resolution of incidents. Preparing technical and project progress reports. Participating in commercial proposal development and supporting tender processes. Identifying and resolving technical and organizational issues arising during project execution. Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources. Education Degree in Architecture. High level of English (spoken and written), essential for communication with clients and teams. Languages Native Spanish, advanced English.
