Job Summary: Design, plan, and implement individual and group intervention programs, conduct follow-up, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure the well-being of service users. Application of innovative therapies and group facilitation **FUNCTIONS:** – Design personalized projects, individual and group programs in agreement with service users. – Prepare evaluative reports on the intervention process. – Conduct interviews with service users and their families. – Plan interventions and required resources. – Implement scheduled intervention programs and activities outlined in the process project. – Provide necessary individual support. – Coordinate with all technical staff involved at the center. – Participate in the development of annual plans and reports. – Apply established procedures. – Ensure safety while promoting the care and well-being of service users. – Assume responsibility for compliance with established rules and schedules. **REQUIREMENTS:** EDUCATION: Medium-level diploma specializing in special education. KNOWLEDGE: Occupational activity\-occupational therapy, innovative therapies, basic computer skills, group facilitation, social skills, conflict resolution, family intervention, programming and evaluation. **CONDITIONS:** LOCATION: LA BARCA CENTER (Viveda) AND HELIOS HOUSE (Torrelavega) CONTRACT: Circumstances of production SCHEDULE: Mon (8:00 – 14:30\), Tue\-Thu (10:00 – 14:30\), Sun (9:00 – 14:30\) FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: Day off SALARY: €1180.48 / Gross
