ACCIONA, through its Facility Services division, seeks an intern for its Technical Maintenance Area team at its Madrid office. **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** ### **1. Maintenance and Repair:** * Support in identifying, diagnosing, and correcting failures and malfunctions in machinery, equipment, and systems. * Support in designing and scheduling routine maintenance activities to prevent failures, as well as implementing predictive strategies to anticipate malfunctions. ### **2. Continuous Improvement:** * Support ensuring process improvement compliance—from proposing solutions that enhance productivity, ergonomics, or output quality. * Support evaluating and implementing process and technology improvement proposals to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. ### **3. Documentation and Improvement:** * Support identifying unsafe workplace conditions and taking corrective actions. * Resource optimization: review public utility consumption and explore ways to optimize facilities. ### **4. Strategy and Organizational Alignment** * Analysis and forecasting: support performing data analysis with forecasts to improve maintenance management and decision-making. * Interdepartmental coordination: collaborate with other departments—such as production—to integrate maintenance into the company’s overall strategy. * Customer satisfaction management: contribute to employees’ quality of life and working conditions through proper facility maintenance.
