High-impact project with growth in a technology scale-up Program Lead – Operational Deployment (PLANNAM) At PLANNAM, we are looking for a person capable of leading one of the most relevant operational deployments currently underway in industrial settings in Spain. The role will be dedicated exclusively to the Fertiberia project, ensuring end\-to\-end system implementation across factories and offices, acting as the single point of coordination among Operations, HR, IT, and plant teams. We are not seeking a traditional administrative Project Manager. We seek a person with an operational mindset, cross-functional coordination capability, and absolute focus on real execution. Key Responsibilities Multi-site deployment coordination * Direct engagement with 7 factories in Spain and Portugal * Continuous coordination with HR, IT, and Operations * Milestone tracking and incident resolution Operational model consolidation * Process validation across plants * Consolidation of operational inputs * Ensuring organizational coherence Functional integration and evolution * Functional coordination of integrations * Process and data validation * Support during testing and production rollout Reporting and operational visibility * Definition and tracking of KPIs * Coordination with corporate and factory teams * Ensuring reporting supports decision-making Training and adoption * End-user training * Monitoring real system usage * Identification and resolution of adoption gaps Candidate Profile * Experience implementing systems or complex operational projects * Experience in Shift Scheduling Planning * Knowledge of payroll concepts * Ability to engage cross-functionally * Solution-oriented and autonomous profile * Comfort working with both factory and corporate environments * Practical, impact-driven mindset Preferred experience in: * Industrial environments, * Workforce management, * Operations, * HR, * Multi-site implementations.
