Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle, select, pack, and prepare bananas, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and productivity standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform tasks related to handling, selecting, packing, and preparing bananas, ensuring adherence to the company's established standards for quality, hygiene, safety, and productivity. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving and unloading bananas from producers. * Selecting and grading bananas according to size, quality, and ripeness level. * Washing, de-bunching, and handling the product. * Packing, labeling, and boxing in accordance with company standards. * Preparing orders for shipment. * Basic operation of warehouse machinery and tools. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Compliance with occupational safety, food hygiene, and traceability regulations. * Reporting incidents or anomalies related to the product or process. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in horticultural warehouses (preferred). * Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks. * Capacity to work collaboratively and under production pace. * Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. * Availability for rotating shifts and variable working hours. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** * Proactive and positive attitude. * Commitment to quality and safety. * Adaptability. * Good organizational skills and efficiency in task execution. **WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS** * Work in a warehouse setting. * Exposure to varying temperatures. * Manual handling of loads.
