Ros Roca S.A., a company belonging to Terberg Environmental Holding BV Group, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of Waste Collection Equipment, due to the need to strengthen the Supply Chain team, we need to fill the following position: ### **Procurement Specialist** #### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for ensuring the supply of materials from assigned suppliers, guaranteeing their availability at the right time for production, optimizing stock levels and avoiding obsolescence. #### **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Management, review and release of purchasing requirements via MRP. * Issuance, tracking and maintenance of purchase orders. * Control and monitoring of pending and delayed orders (backorders). * Resolution of supply-related incidents. * Coordination of transportation with suppliers when necessary. * Tracking of orders until their correct receipt in the system. * Continuous relationship and communication with national and international suppliers. * Participation in periodic follow-up meetings with the purchasing team. #### **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or similar (or currently completing such studies). * Minimum English level equivalent to First Certificate. * Advanced English level is desirable. * Prior experience of at least 2 years in a similar position is desirable. * Proficiency in office software tools. * Experience working with ERP systems (D365\) is desirable. #### **Which competencies will we value in you?** * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Organization and efficient time management. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Teamwork. #### **What do we offer?** * Integration into an internationally leading company in its sector. * A dynamic environment with strong professional growth prospects. * Involvement in international projects and interaction with global suppliers. * Continuous training and professional development. * Integration into a committed and collaborative team.
