At G\+D, we are looking for a **Microcomputer and Network Systems Technician**, focused on configuring laser marking and machine vision systems for SIM card and chip production. You will join a team whose mission is to provide technical support to the production environment, ensuring correct configuration of systems, data, and personalization tools, resolving factory incidents, and preparing customer samples. **Your day-to-day at G\+D:** **Production Support (50%):** * Configuration and adjustment of graphic layouts (laser) across various systems. * Configuration and adjustment of camera layouts (machine vision). * Data validation and inspection to enable production runs. * Preparation of data and generation of physical samples for customers and certifications. * Resolution of technical incidents in production (software, laser, or camera adjustments). * Configuration of UPP processes and generation of personalization packages. * Acting as an IT operator in the factory when required. Ensuring compliance, within your unit, with company internal procedures, standards, and commitments (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety, and Security) and with customers (timelines, quality, and confidentiality), as well as with external entities (VISA, MASTERCARD). Ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct, corporate policies, internal procedures, standards, and commitments (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS18001, IATF 16949…), and with customers (security measures, deadlines, specific customer requirements, quality, and confidentiality), external entities (PCI, VISA, MASTERCARD, Cartes Bancaires, GMSA, Common Criteria, EMVCO, Bancontact, Bancomat, SENASA…), as well as applicable data protection legislation. **Technical Tasks (50%):** * Installation, updates, and maintenance of software on production equipment. * Execution of functional tests on programs developed by R\&D. * Maintenance of production databases: + Backups + Data deletion and compression + Information restoration * Management of basic backup and maintenance scripts. * Configuration and migration of Windows systems in the production environment. * Proposal and implementation of technical improvements in the production environment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in production support and technical testing, with focus on industrial IT. * Skills in resolving incidents in production environments. * Competence in software updates and maintenance. * Knowledge of quality and security protocols in production IT environments. * Ability to propose and implement improvements. **Desirable:** * Experience in preparing physical samples and process personalization.
