Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to lead a team in Algemesí, focused on commissioning, fine-tuning, and continuously improving production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to continuous machinery improvement We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to work in Algemesí. Responsibilities include commissioning, fine-tuning, and start-up of production lines, as well as executing the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. You will also contribute to continuous machinery improvement, repair industrial equipment, and monitor schematics with scheduled programming to detect failures. Additionally, you will manage incidents, inventory, and spare parts, and lead a two-person maintenance team. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, on a rotating morning/afternoon shift, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in an identical or similar role. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is advantageous. Electromechanical GM/GS or equivalent.
