DESCRIPTION **Carbonell Figueras is seeking: Foreman in Huesca** ============================================ **Location:** Huesca, Spain **Job Description:** We are seeking several **Civil Engineering and Building Site Foremen** with proven experience to join our team in Huesca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision and management of on-site work crews, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and established execution deadlines. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site work crews (bricklayers, formworkers, rebar workers, machinery operators, etc.). * Ensure correct execution of works according to drawings, technical specifications, and site manager’s instructions. * Manage material and personnel resources assigned to the project, optimizing their use and minimizing waste. * Guarantee continuous compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site, promoting a risk prevention culture. * Monitor quality of materials and completed works, reporting incidents and proposing solutions. * Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among team members. * Monitor proper use and maintenance of site machinery and tools. REQUIREMENTS **Job Requirements:** * **Minimum 3 years’ experience** as a Construction Foreman, preferably on building and/or civil engineering projects. * Experience in managing and leading work teams. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites. * Organizational, planning, and time-management skills. * Responsible, solution-oriented, and highly diligent individual. * Availability to work in Huesca and surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Occupational risk prevention training courses specifically for construction. * Experience operating construction machinery.
